If the De Vil is in the details, call me Cruella. In my nearly 15 years I have made event logistics, project management, follow through and collaboration an integral part of my skill set.

Events

From small gatherings of high net worth donors, to large cultural events, I have project managed, branded and designed all kinds of events. Whether creating signage or invitations, logos or site plans, I enjoy the challenge of creating something beautiful and effective that conveys a clear message for attendees of any size event.

Party for the Parks

Having worked on Party for the Parks since its inception in 2015, the 2019 branding is still my favorite by far. I worked with local artist, Kathleen Barron, to create a psychedelic-inspired parks theme for the Save the Date and carried this through the roll folded invitation you see below. I also designed counter cut signage, and multiple digital items including emails, social graphics and web pieces.

Project Management

Throughout my career I have managed countless projects with teams of all sizes, below are just a few examples.

  • Movies in the Park

    200-500 average attendance, 10-movie series Spring through Fall. Managed logistics, film and park selection, staff, vendors, on-site activation and pre-movie welcome. Created all marketing materials. (2015-2021)

  • Desert Door Sweepstakes

    Managed promotion, collateral production, sourcing, purchasing and sweepstakes logistics, overseeing creative team and partnering with sales team to sell-in the accompanying in-store display program.

  • Rock & Recycle at ACL Fest

    Produced program, managed staff and 300+ volunteers per day. Directed partnerships with C3 Presents, HOPE Gallery & Industry Printshop. Managed program budget, volunteer recruitment and promotion. (2016-2021)

  • Desert Door x Garrison Brothers

    Co-managed holiday collaboration between Garrison Brothers and Desert Door. Oversaw all Desert Door campaign needs including collateral production, sales needs and promotion.
